Steps
- Peel and chop one cucumber into bite-sized pieces.

- [Cucumber and Char Siu Appetizer] Add the chopped cucumber and char siu edges to a bowl.
- Add ginger and green onion.
- Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, and a tiny bit of doubanjiang.
- Drizzle in 1 tbsp of sesame oil and mix everything together.
- [Char Siu Omelet] Whisk 3 eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and mix.
- Finely chop the char siu edges and add them to the egg mixture, then mix.
- Heat a little taihaku sesame oil in a frying pan, pour in the egg mixture, and cook until half-set.
- [Char Siu and Vegetable Stir-fry] Heat 2 tbsp of taihaku sesame oil in a frying pan.
