Steps

  1. Peel 1 onion.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Lightly blanch 100g of chicken tenderloin to remove scum and fat.
  4. Finely chop the chicken tenderloin.
  5. Cut 4 slices of ham into 1cm cubes.
  6. In a bowl, add 2 eggs and 1 tbsp of milk, then strain. 【This is the secret!】 Straining makes the egg mixture smooth and creates fluffy eggs.
  7. Place 2 bowls of cooked rice into a mold, cover with plastic wrap, flip it over, shape it, and place it on a plate.
  8. Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a frying pan, add the chopped onion, and sauté until softened.
  9. Add the chopped chicken tenderloin and the cut ham, and stir-fry over high heat.

  17. Before the egg mixture solidifies, quickly shape it and cover the prepared ketchup rice.
