- [B] Black Vinegar 1 tbsp

- [B] Water 2 tbsp
- [B] Potato Starch 1/2 tsp
- Sesame Oil 2 tbsp
Steps
- Separate the broccoli into florets. Make a cross-shaped cut into the stem of 8 well-shaped florets.
- Peel the remaining broccoli and finely mince it.
- Soak the broccoli florets with the cross-shaped cut in water.
- Blanch the broccoli florets for 10-15 seconds, then immediately plunge into ice water and drain.
- Place the minced broccoli in a colander and blanch for 1-2 minutes.
- Thoroughly drain the blanched minced broccoli using paper towels.
- Drain the broccoli florets that were soaked in water.
- In a bowl, add 50g of ground pork, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, and 1 tbsp of soy sauce, and mix well.
- Add 1 tsp of ginger and 1 tsp of garlic, and knead further.
- Add 1 tbsp of Cooking Sake (Rice Wine), 1 tbsp of sesame oil, and a pinch of potato starch, and mix.
- Add the drained minced broccoli and mix everything thoroughly.
- Spread the mixed ground pork and broccoli evenly onto a flat plate.
- Arrange the blanched and drained broccoli florets around the edge of the spread ground pork.
- Steam for 5 minutes in a preheated steamer.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1 tbsp of Cooking Sake (Rice Wine), 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of black vinegar, 1 tsp of soy sauce, a pinch of pepper, 2 tbsp of water, and 1/2 tsp of potato starch, and mix well.
- Heat 2 tbsp of sesame oil and 1 tbsp of green onion in a frying pan until the green onion sizzles.
- Add the mixed sauce and stir while bringing to a simmer to thicken.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the steamed broccoli hamburg steak to complete.
