- Granulated Consomme (to taste)
- Sugar (to taste)
- Oil (to taste)

Steps
- Peel and de-eye the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the cut potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave on 600W for 6 minutes.
- Transfer the microwaved potatoes to a food processor. Add milk (to taste), potato starch (to taste), granulated consomme (to taste), and sugar (to taste). Process until a paste forms.
- Heat a generous amount of oil (to taste) in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Wet a spoon with water, scoop out the potato paste, and form into balls. The key tip! Wetting the spoon makes it less sticky.
- Place the formed potato balls into the hot frying pan. Pan-fry, flipping occasionally, until both sides are browned.
- Remove the fried potatoes from the pan and drain any excess oil.
- Sprinkle with salt (to taste) all over and serve on a plate.
