Ingredients
Main Ingredients (2 servings)
- 1.4mm pasta 200g
Seasonings
- [A] Water 530cc
- [A] Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- [A] MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 4 dashes
- [A] Grated garlic 1 clove
- [B] Yukari 1 tbsp and 2 tsp
- [B] Butter 20g
Steps
- Add 530cc water, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 4 dashes MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG), and 1 clove grated garlic to a frying pan.
- Bring the liquid in the frying pan to a boil.
- Once boiling, add 200g of 1.4mm pasta to the pan, twisting it in, and simmer over medium-high heat. Once the pasta softens, loosen it. Simmer for about 5 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated. 【Tip!】 The cooking liquid will thicken, helping the pasta achieve a cohesive texture.
- Turn off the heat, add 20g butter and 1 tbsp and 2 tsp yukari, and mix well to combine. 【Tip!】 Always add yukari last, as its aroma can diminish if cooked too long.
- Serve directly from the frying pan, without plating.
