Main Ingredients (1 serving)
Seasonings
Steps
- In a bowl, combine 1 tbsp Miso, 1/2 tsp Chicken Bouillon Powder, 1/2 tsp Grated Garlic, 1 tsp Ground Sesame Seeds, and 1 tsp Cooking Sake (Rice Wine). Mix well.
- Once the seasonings are mixed, spread out a sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Place the mixed seasonings on the wrap and fold it up to form a ball. Pinch the opening of the wrap and trim off any excess. This is the key step! Miso doesn't freeze easily, so wrapping it separately prevents it from touching other ingredients.
- Gently loosen the 1 bag of Yakisoba Noodles while still in the bag.
- Place the loosened Yakisoba Noodles into a freezer-safe container.
- Top the yakisoba noodles with 20g Whole Corn.
- Next to the corn, place 5g Scallions.
- After adding the scallions, arrange the 20g Thinly Sliced Pork on top. This is another important tip! Raw meat can be placed directly on top as bacteria don't grow in the freezer, but work quickly when preparing. If you're concerned about raw meat, you can boil it separately before adding, or wrap it in plastic wrap before freezing.
- Place the plastic-wrapped miso mixture into the space with the other toppings.
- Cover and freeze. It can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 weeks. If you're in a hurry, you can place the toppings on the yakisoba noodles, wrap everything, and then place it in a freezer bag for freezing.
- When ready to cook, take the frozen miso ramen ingredients and noodles out of the freezer container and place them in a microwave-safe dish.
- Unwrap the miso mixture and place it back on top of the other ingredients.
- After returning the miso, pour 250ml Water over everything, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave on 600W for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes of heating, stir everything together, dissolving the miso.
- Push the meat to the bottom to ensure it cooks through completely.
- Stir everything together again, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave on 600W for another 2 minutes.
- After heating, stir everything once more and check that the meat is fully cooked. Heat for additional time if necessary. You can also cook this in a pot by boiling it with the same amount of water until the meat is cooked through.
