Steps

  1. Place 350g chicken breast in a heat-resistant container and flatten to an even thickness. Pierce the entire surface, including the skin, with a fork.
  2. Rub 1 and 1/3 tsp Honki Spice all over the meat.
  3. Add 2 tsp sake, cover, and heat in a 600W microwave for 3 minutes 20 seconds.
  4. Leave it in the microwave for 5 minutes without opening the door. 【Pro Tip!】 Cooking slowly with residual heat ensures tender salad chicken.
  5. Remove the salad chicken and slice it to your liking.
  6. Finally, sprinkle Honki Spice to taste, if desired.
  7. In a bowl, combine store-bought salad to taste, 1 tsp Honki Spice, 2 tsp vinegar, and 1 tbsp olive oil, then mix well.
  8. Arrange on a plate, and finally, sprinkle Honki Spice to taste, if desired.
  9. Crush 1 clove garlic.
  10. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and the crushed garlic in a frying pan until fragrant.
  11. Add 1-2 red chili peppers and sauté further to enhance the aroma. Be careful not to burn them.
  12. Add 320ml water and bring to a boil.
  13. Add 1 and 1/3 tsp Honki Spice and mix.
  14. Add 100g of 1.4mm pasta to the boiling pan, twisting it in, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  15. Once the broth has reduced, add 2 tsp olive oil and toss to coat.
  16. Arrange on a plate, and finally, sprinkle Honki Spice to taste, if desired.
