  • Mixed ground meat 100g

Seasonings

  • [A] Garlic powder 4 shakes
  • [A] MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 4 shakes

  • [A] Fish powder 1/2 tsp
  • [A] Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • [A] Water 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Dried parsley to taste

Steps

  1. Slice 40g bacon lengthwise into thin strips so it mixes well with the noodles. 【Tip!】 Slicing it lengthwise creates a sense of unity, making it easier to eat with the noodles.
  2. Lightly shape 100g mixed ground meat and pan-fry both sides.
  3. Season the cooking mixed ground meat with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Once the mixed ground meat is cooked, place 1 slice cheddar cheese on top.
  5. In the same pan, lightly sauté and warm the thinly sliced bacon.
  6. In a bowl, combine 24g mayonnaise, 12g ketchup, 4 shakes garlic powder, 4 shakes MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG), 2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp fish powder, 1/2 tsp sugar, and 1 tbsp water, then mix well to create the sauce.
  7. Warm the bowl with the prepared sauce in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. 【Tip!】 Overheating can cause the mayonnaise to separate, so aim for 20-30 seconds.
  8. In the same pan used for the bacon and patty, crack in 1 egg to make a sunny-side up egg.
  9. Cook the sunny-side up egg until the yolk is slightly runny, then add 1 tbsp water, cover, and steam-fry.
  10. Bring a generous amount of water to a boil in a pot, add 1 pack medium-thick Chinese noodles, and stir immediately to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot.
  11. Boil the noodles according to package directions (approx. 3 minutes).
  12. Drain the cooked noodles thoroughly in a colander.
  13. Add the drained noodles to the warmed sauce bowl and mix well.
  14. Top the noodles with the pan-fried mixed ground meat (with cheddar cheese), sautéed bacon, and sunny-side up egg.
  15. Finish with a sprinkle of black pepper to taste and dried parsley to taste.
