- Shirataki Noodles 200g
- Cucumber 1/2
- Pork (optional)
- Boiled Egg (optional)
- Kimchi (optional)
Seasonings
- [A] Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp
- [A] Vinegar 1/2 tbsp
- [A] Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
- [A] Gochujang 1 tbsp
- [A] Sugar 1 tsp
- [A] Chicken Stock Powder 1/2 tsp
- [A] Grated Garlic 1/2 tsp
- Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
Steps
- In a bowl, place Shirataki Noodles 200g and drain the water.
- Boil the Shirataki Noodles in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes to remove impurities.
- Drain the boiled Shirataki Noodles in a colander, rinse briefly with water, and drain thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl, add Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp, Vinegar 1/2 tbsp, and Sesame Oil 1 tbsp.
- Add Gochujang 1 tbsp, Sugar 1 tsp, Chicken Stock Powder 1/2 tsp, and Grated Garlic 1/2 tsp, then mix to create the sauce.
- Cut the drained Shirataki Noodles in half as they are long, add them to the prepared sauce, and toss to coat evenly.
- Plate the Shirataki Noodles coated with the sauce.
- Thinly slice Cucumber 1/2 diagonally, then julienne.
- Garnish the plated Shirataki Noodles with the julienned Cucumber.
- Top with your desired amount of pre-boiled Pork.
- Top with your desired amount of Kimchi and sprinkle Sesame Seeds over everything.
- Finally, top with a soft-boiled Egg to complete the dish.
