  • Shirataki Noodles 200g
  • Cucumber 1/2
  • Pork (optional)
  • Boiled Egg (optional)
  • Kimchi (optional)

Seasonings

  • [A] Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp
  • [A] Vinegar 1/2 tbsp
  • [A] Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
  • [A] Gochujang 1 tbsp
  • [A] Sugar 1 tsp
  • [A] Chicken Stock Powder 1/2 tsp
  • [A] Grated Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame Seeds (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, place Shirataki Noodles 200g and drain the water.
  2. Boil the Shirataki Noodles in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes to remove impurities.
  3. Drain the boiled Shirataki Noodles in a colander, rinse briefly with water, and drain thoroughly.
  4. In a separate bowl, add Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp, Vinegar 1/2 tbsp, and Sesame Oil 1 tbsp.
  5. Add Gochujang 1 tbsp, Sugar 1 tsp, Chicken Stock Powder 1/2 tsp, and Grated Garlic 1/2 tsp, then mix to create the sauce.
  6. Cut the drained Shirataki Noodles in half as they are long, add them to the prepared sauce, and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Plate the Shirataki Noodles coated with the sauce.
  8. Thinly slice Cucumber 1/2 diagonally, then julienne.
  9. Garnish the plated Shirataki Noodles with the julienned Cucumber.
  10. Top with your desired amount of pre-boiled Pork.
  11. Top with your desired amount of Kimchi and sprinkle Sesame Seeds over everything.
  12. Finally, top with a soft-boiled Egg to complete the dish.
