  • Ao no Doukutsu Frozen Pasta Crab Tomato Cream Sauce
  • Egg
  • Green Onion
  • Chives

Seasonings

  • Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper
  • Shichimi Togarashi (Seven Spice Blend)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Parmesan Cheese

Steps

  1. [Bolognese Upgrade] Separate shimeji mushrooms into small florets.
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté shimeji mushrooms until lightly wilted.
  3. Open the frozen pasta (Bolognese) package.
  4. Finely chop the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Place the chopped mozzarella cheese and sautéed shimeji mushrooms on top of the opened frozen pasta.
  6. Microwave the pasta with the added ingredients. [Key Tip!] If adding ingredients, increase the usual microwave time slightly.
  7. Transfer the microwaved pasta to a plate.
  8. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
  9. [Carbonara Upgrade] Prepare smoked salmon and avocado.
  10. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and slice.
  11. Microwave the frozen pasta (Carbonara).
  12. Transfer the microwaved pasta to a plate.
  13. Arrange the sliced avocado and smoked salmon on top of the plated pasta.
  14. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
  15. [Crab Tomato Cream Sauce Upgrade] Beat the egg. Prepare green onions and chives.
  16. Place the frozen pasta (Crab Tomato Cream Sauce) in a frying pan.
  17. Add water to the pasta in the frying pan and heat.
  18. If the mixture seems dry during cooking, add more water.
  19. Once the pasta has dissolved and is heated through, add the beaten egg and mix. [Key Tip!] A mottled state with some streaks of yolk and white remaining is ideal.
  20. Transfer the pasta with egg to a plate.
  21. Garnish with green onions or chives.
  22. Season with shichimi togarashi or salt and pepper to taste.
