Ingredients

Main Ingredients (Approx. 10 cookies, Serves a few for soda)

  • 120g Butter (room temperature)
  • 1 to 2 bars Chocolate
  • 10 to 20g Corn Flakes
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 150g All-purpose Flour
  • 1 bunch Mint
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Sparkling Water (to taste)
  • Vanilla Ice Cream (to taste)

Seasonings

  • 80g Brown Sugar
  • 50ml Water
  • Honey (to taste)

Steps

  1. Cream 120g butter that has been brought to room temperature using a whisk until smooth.
  2. Add 80g brown sugar and mix well until creamy.
  3. Gradually add 1 beaten egg, mixing to prevent separation.
  4. Add 150g all-purpose flour (do not sift) and gently fold with a rubber spatula until just combined.
  5. Add 10 to 20g corn flakes and mix well.
  6. Break 1 to 2 bars of chocolate into bite-sized pieces and mix into the dough.
  7. Place dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, gently flatten the surface. Create irregular shapes to resemble Chewbacca's furry texture.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200℃ (390℉).
  9. Once golden brown, cover with aluminum foil to prevent burning and continue baking.
  10. Combine 1 bunch mint, juice of 1 lemon, 50ml water, and honey (to taste) in a blender.
  11. Blend until smooth.
  12. Pour the blended mixture into glasses and top with sparkling water (to taste).
  13. Finish by topping with vanilla ice cream (to taste) and serve with the baked cookies.
