Ingredients

Main Ingredients (1 serving)

  • Tomatoes 2 small
  • Onion 1/2
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Ground Pork (mixed) 200g
  • Rice 2 servings
  • Egg 1 (for 1 serving)
  • Pizza Cheese 30g (for 1 serving)
  • Mango 1
  • Partheno Yogurt 1 container
  • R-1 Drink 2 bottles

Seasonings

  • Vegetable Oil (for frying)
  • Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) 3 tbsp
  • Java Curry (Spicy Blend) 2 servings
  • Water 1 cup
  • Squid Ink Paste 1 bag (4g)
  • Spices included with curry roux (to taste)
  • Soy Sauce 1 tsp
  • Honey (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Parsley (to taste)

Steps

  1. Finely chop 1/2 onion and 1 clove of garlic.
  2. Dice 2 small tomatoes into 1cm cubes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil (for frying) in a frying pan. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until softened.
  4. Add 200g of ground pork (mixed) and stir-fry until the color changes.
  5. Add 3 tbsp of Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) and stir-fry.
  6. Add 2 servings of Java Curry (Spicy Blend) and the diced tomatoes. Stir-fry together.
  7. Add 1 cup of water and simmer until thickened.
  8. Add 1 bag (4g) of squid ink paste and mix to color everything black. (Note: Squid ink paste is optional).
  9. Add spices included with curry roux (to taste) and 1 tsp of soy sauce to adjust the flavor.
  10. Place 2 servings of rice in an oven-safe dish and create a well in the center.
  11. Crack 1 egg (for 1 serving) into the well.
  12. Pour the curry over the egg and generously top with 30g of pizza cheese (for 1 serving).
  13. Sprinkle with spices included with curry roux (to taste), if desired.
  14. Bake in a toaster oven until the cheese is golden brown. Set to the highest temperature if your toaster has temperature settings.
  15. Peel 1 mango, cut away from the pit, and dice into bite-sized pieces.
  16. Add the diced mango, 1 container of Partheno Yogurt, and 2 bottles of R-1 Drink to a blender.
  17. Add honey (to taste) and blend until smooth.
  18. Pour into a glass. The lassi is complete.
  19. Garnish the baked curry with parsley and pepper, if desired.
  20. Enjoy your Dark Side Baked Curry and Lassi!
