Steps
- In a pot, combine frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to low. Simmer until the granulated sugar has dissolved, liquid is released, and the mixture has slightly reduced.
- Squeeze in lemon juice and mix well.
- Transfer the prepared jam sauce to a separate bowl. Chill in an ice bath to set.
- Pat dry the Meiji Fresh Mozzarella with paper towels.
- Tear the Meiji Fresh Mozzarella into bite-sized pieces and place them in glasses.
- Pour the chilled homemade jam sauce (or store-bought strawberry jam, orange marmalade) over the torn Meiji Fresh Mozzarella in the glasses.
- In separate glasses, add torn Meiji Fresh Mozzarella and serve with dried mango and dried figs.
