Seasonings
- [A] Water 210cc
- [A] Soy Sauce 35cc
- [A] Sake 35cc
- Bonito Powder 3g
- MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 7 dashes
- Shichimi Togarashi (Japanese seven-spice powder) to taste
Steps
