Enjoy a rich 'Shirataki Cream Pasta' without worrying about calories. It's healthy with shirataki noodles, soy milk, and cream cheese, yet delivers the satisfaction of authentic pasta. This is a revolutionary deliciousness that can be enjoyed guilt-free, even while dieting.
Ingredients
Main Ingredients (1 serving)
- Shirataki noodles 180g
- Bacon 30g
- Shimeji mushrooms 50g
- Soy milk 200cc
- Cream cheese 36g
Seasonings
- Butter 8g
- Consommé 1½ tsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Tabasco to taste
Steps
- Rinse 180g shirataki noodles well with lukewarm water to remove any odor. [Tip!] Unlike in the past, modern shirataki noodles can be sufficiently deodorized by simply rinsing them with lukewarm water.
- Cut the rinsed shirataki noodles in half to a length that is easy to eat. [Tip!] If you cut them too finely, they will be difficult to pick up with chopsticks, so cutting them in half is recommended.
- Add 8g butter to a frying pan and sauté 30g bacon and 50g shimeji mushrooms.
- Add 180g shirataki noodles and 1½ tsp consommé to the sautéed ingredients and sauté well until the moisture evaporates.
- Add 200cc soy milk, 36g cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste, and black pepper to taste, and simmer over medium-high heat until thickened. [Tip!] Using low-carb soy milk and cream cheese allows you to create a healthy yet rich cream sauce.
- Plate the dish and sprinkle with black pepper to taste, if desired.
- Serve with Tabasco to taste, if desired.
