Enjoy a rich 'Shirataki Cream Pasta' without worrying about calories. It's healthy with shirataki noodles, soy milk, and cream cheese, yet delivers the satisfaction of authentic pasta. This is a revolutionary deliciousness that can be enjoyed guilt-free, even while dieting.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients (1 serving)

  • Shirataki noodles 180g
  • Bacon 30g
  • Shimeji mushrooms 50g
  • Soy milk 200cc
  • Cream cheese 36g

Seasonings

  • Butter 8g
  • Consommé 1½ tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Tabasco to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse 180g shirataki noodles well with lukewarm water to remove any odor. [Tip!] Unlike in the past, modern shirataki noodles can be sufficiently deodorized by simply rinsing them with lukewarm water.
  2. Cut the rinsed shirataki noodles in half to a length that is easy to eat. [Tip!] If you cut them too finely, they will be difficult to pick up with chopsticks, so cutting them in half is recommended.
  3. Add 8g butter to a frying pan and sauté 30g bacon and 50g shimeji mushrooms.
  4. Add 180g shirataki noodles and 1½ tsp consommé to the sautéed ingredients and sauté well until the moisture evaporates.
  5. Add 200cc soy milk, 36g cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste, and black pepper to taste, and simmer over medium-high heat until thickened. [Tip!] Using low-carb soy milk and cream cheese allows you to create a healthy yet rich cream sauce.
  6. Plate the dish and sprinkle with black pepper to taste, if desired.
  7. Serve with Tabasco to taste, if desired.
