  • Honki Spice 1 and 1/3 tsp (for garlic rice)
  • Honki Spice to taste (for finishing toast)

Steps

  1. Prepare 2 slices of bread.
  2. Create a border around the 2 slices of bread with mayonnaise to taste.
  3. Slightly indent the center of the border and place 2 eggs into the indentation.
  4. Bake the toast in a preheated 200-degree oven for 8 minutes.
  5. Slice 3 sausages (approx. 40g) diagonally.
  6. Melt 10g butter in a frying pan.
  7. Add the sliced sausages to the melted butter and stir-fry until browned.
  8. Add warm 200g cooked rice to the stir-fried sausages.
  9. Add Honki Spice 1 and 1/3 tsp and stir-fry, mixing well. [Chef's Tip!] Honki Spice is blended with browned garlic and regular garlic powder, giving it a deep aroma and flavor with just one seasoning.
  10. Serve the garlic rice on a plate and sprinkle with green onion to taste. Optionally, top with a fried egg.
