- Canned Tuna
- Gyoza Wrappers
- Mixed Cheese
Seasonings
- Granulated Consommé
- Grated Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
- Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
- Dried Parsley
Steps
- Peel and remove eyes from the potatoes.
- Place potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat for 3.5 minutes at 600W.
- Roughly mash the heated potatoes.
- Add canned tuna, granulated consommé, and grated garlic to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
- Lightly coat a frying pan with olive oil.
- Overlap the edges of the gyoza wrappers and line them in a circle in the frying pan.
- Spread ketchup evenly over the layered gyoza wrappers.
- Top the ketchup with the potato mixture and then add mixed cheese.
- Drizzle with mayonnaise and sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper.
- Cover with a lid and steam-fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to aluminum foil.
- Grill or toast in an oven toaster until the surface is golden brown and lightly charred.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley if desired and serve.
