Ingredients
Main Ingredients (2 servings)
- Spaghetti 160g
- Corned Beef 1 can (80g)
- Onion 60g
- Mushrooms 1 pack (6 pcs)
- Butter 30g
- Parmesan Cheese 20g
Seasonings
- White Wine 50cc
- Diced Tomato Can 1 can
- Olive Oil (as needed)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
Steps
- Finely chop 60g of onion.
- Finely chop 1 pack of mushrooms.
- Heat olive oil (as needed) in a frying pan.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until sweet without burning. [Key Tip!] Start on high heat, then switch to low heat to slowly bring out the sweetness.
- Add the mushrooms and sauté until fragrant.
- Start boiling the spaghetti.
- Add 1 can (80g) of corned beef and break it up while sautéing.
- Add 50cc of white wine and cook off the alcohol.
- Add 1 can of diced tomatoes and simmer briefly.
- Taste and add salt (to taste) and black pepper (to taste). [Key Tip!] Add a little extra black pepper to enhance the aroma.
- Add the cooked 160g of spaghetti to the sauce in the pan and mix well.
- Add 30g of butter, olive oil (as needed), and 20g of parmesan cheese, and mix thoroughly.
