- Pickled Ginger (to taste)
Steps
- Remove the core from 2 leaves of cabbage and shred them.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the shredded 2 leaves of cabbage.
- Crack 4 eggs into a bowl and whisk them.
- Push the stir-fried cabbage to one side of the frying pan.
- Pour the whisked egg into the empty space and spread it thinly.
- Place the stir-fried cabbage on top of the egg.
- Arrange 4-6 slices of ham in the empty space and sear them quickly.
- Layer the seared ham on top of the egg and cabbage.
- Fold the egg, cabbage, and ham into a square shape and tidy it up.
- Prepare a plate.
- Transfer the Ham and Egg Pancake to the plate.
- Drizzle with Okonomiyaki Sauce and mayonnaise to finish.
- Generously add mustard paste.
- Top with aonori and pickled ginger, if desired.
