Ingredients

Main Ingredients (2 servings)

  • Pasta 100g
  • Shirataki Noodles 1 pack (180g)
  • Salmon 1 fillet
  • Sausage 2 pieces
  • Eggs 2

Seasonings

  • Chicken Bouillon Powder 2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. Take eggs out of the refrigerator.
  2. Pour hot water over shirataki noodles to remove any odor.
  3. In a large microwave-safe container, add 100g pasta (broken in half) and 1 pack (180g) shirataki noodles with 500ml water.
  4. Cut 1 fillet of salmon and 2 sausages into bite-sized pieces and add them to the container.
  5. Add 2 tsp Chicken Bouillon Powder and mix lightly.
  6. Microwave on 600W for 15 minutes.
  7. While microwaving, whisk 2 eggs.
  8. Remove from microwave and check the pasta for doneness. If it's still hard, microwave for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  9. If there's excess water, drain it off. While still hot, add the whisked eggs and stir quickly.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
