- Pasta 100g
- Shirataki Noodles 1 pack (180g)
- Salmon 1 fillet
- Sausage 2 pieces
- Eggs 2
Seasonings
- Chicken Bouillon Powder 2 tsp
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
- Take eggs out of the refrigerator.
- Pour hot water over shirataki noodles to remove any odor.
- In a large microwave-safe container, add 100g pasta (broken in half) and 1 pack (180g) shirataki noodles with 500ml water.
- Cut 1 fillet of salmon and 2 sausages into bite-sized pieces and add them to the container.
- Add 2 tsp Chicken Bouillon Powder and mix lightly.
- Microwave on 600W for 15 minutes.
- While microwaving, whisk 2 eggs.
- Remove from microwave and check the pasta for doneness. If it's still hard, microwave for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- If there's excess water, drain it off. While still hot, add the whisked eggs and stir quickly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
