  • Bread 1 slice

  • Ketchup To taste

Steps

  1. Wash 80g of broccoli and chop finely.
  2. Make long incisions in 1 processed meat and cut diagonally into large pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix 1 tsp of milk and 1 tsp of mayonnaise.
  4. Add 1 egg and a pinch of salt and pepper to the bowl and whisk well to create the egg mixture.
  5. Make a cut in the center of 1 slice of bread, opening it into two layers.
  6. Add a little butter or margarine to a heated frying pan and melt.
  7. Add the chopped broccoli and processed meat to the heated frying pan and stir-fry.
