  • [A] Garlic Powder 5 dashes
  • [A] Black Pepper to taste
  • Pure Select Mayonnaise 30g

Steps

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Place 2 eggs straight from the refrigerator into the boiling water and boil for 9 minutes. 【Tip!】 Aim for a yolk that is neither too hard nor too soft, ideal for egg sandwiches, by boiling for 9 minutes.
  3. Cool the boiled eggs in cold water and peel them. 【Tip!】 Boiling for 9 minutes ensures the whites are firm, making them easier to peel.
  4. Place the peeled eggs in a bowl and coarsely mash them with a fork.
