- 1 Avocado
- 40g Peeled Shrimp
- 10g Mixed Cheese
Seasonings
- [A] 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- [A] 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- A pinch of Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
Steps
- In a bowl, combine 1 tbsp Mayonnaise and 2 tsp Soy Sauce and mix well.
- Cut a slit in the center of the avocado, twist to halve, remove the pit, scoop out bite-sized pieces with a spoon, and add to the bowl.
- Add 40g Peeled Shrimp to the bowl and mix everything thoroughly.
- To use the avocado skin as a cup, wrap the bottom with aluminum foil to stabilize it. This is the trick! Wrapping the bottom with foil prevents the skin from burning and keeps the "cup" stable.
- Fill the avocado skins, stabilized with foil, with the mixed avocado and shrimp.
- Sprinkle 10g Mixed Cheese over the avocado and shrimp mixture.
- Sprinkle a pinch of Coarsely Ground Black Pepper on top.
