- Noko Tonkotsu Buta Musou (frozen noodles, soup, chashu, menma, pork back fat, original sauce, nori included)
- Chopped Scallions
- Grated Garlic
- Bonito Flakes
Seasonings
- Black Pepper
- Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp
- Curry Powder 1 tsp
Steps
- Warm the Noko Tonkotsu Buta Musou soup packet in a pot of hot water for 10 minutes.
- Place the Noko Tonkotsu Buta Musou toppings packet (chashu, menma) into the warming soup pot for about 3 minutes to heat.
- Put the Noko Tonkotsu Buta Musou original sauce and pork back fat packets into a separate heatproof container, pour in hot water, and warm.
- Fill a bowl with hot water to warm it.
- Discard the hot water from the warmed bowl.
- Pour the warmed soup, original sauce, and pork back fat into the bowl. 【Tip!】 Add the seasonings first so the rich soup doesn't get diluted.
- Bring water to a boil in a pot, add 150g of Noko Tonkotsu Buta Musou frozen noodles, and boil for 3 to 3 minutes 30 seconds.
- Drain the boiled noodles and place them into the bowl.
- Arrange the warmed chashu, menma, and nori, and sprinkle with chopped scallions if desired.
- For a flavor change, top with grated garlic if desired, and mix.
- Sprinkle black pepper to taste.
- If you want a richer flavor, add about 1/2 tsp soy sauce and mix.
- If you want to add seafood flavor, add bonito flakes to taste.
- Finally, add about 1 tsp curry powder to change the flavor.
