Main Ingredients (1 serving)

  • Firm Tofu 350g
  • Grated Daikon to taste
  • Chopped Scallions to taste

Seasonings

  • [A] Water 210cc
  • [A] Soy Sauce 35cc
  • [A] Sake 35cc
  • Bonito Powder 3g
  • MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 7 dashes
  • Shichimi Togarashi (Japanese seven-spice powder) to taste

Steps

  1. Peel and grate the daikon.
  2. Cut the firm tofu.
  3. Add the simmering liquid ingredients to a pot.
  4. Simmer the tofu.
  5. Plate and garnish.
