  • Scallion 35g

  • Soy Sauce a dash
  • Sake 1 tbsp

Steps

  1. Finely chop Scallion 35g.
  2. Measure Rice 200g and cover with plastic wrap to prevent drying.
  3. Prepare two frying pans, add Oil 2 tbsp to each, and heat.
  4. Crack Eggs 2 into the heated frying pan and cook until the egg whites set.
  5. Lightly break up the eggs, add Rice 200g, and stir-fry everything together.
  6. Add MSG(Ajinomoto) 9 shakes, Salt 1/2 tsp, Garlic Powder 4 shakes, and Black Pepper 4 shakes, and stir-fry until the rice and eggs are well seasoned.
  7. Pour Soy Sauce a dash around the edge of the pan and stir-fry until a fragrant aroma rises.
  8. Finally, add Sake 1 tbsp and stir-fry everything to release a moist, fragrant aroma.
  9. Add the finely chopped Scallion 35g, stir-fry briefly, and it's done.
