- Banana 200g
- Pancake Mix 150g
- Milk 3 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Honey 1 tbsp

- Prepare a microwave-safe 15cm square container.
- Tear 200g of bananas into the container and mash with a fork. (Key Tip: Mash coarsely if you want to retain some banana texture.)
- Add 3 tbsp of milk, 1 egg, and 1 tbsp of honey to the mashed bananas. Mix until the egg white is no longer visible.
- Sift in 150g of pancake mix and mix until no dry powder remains.
- Wipe the sides of the container clean and lightly place the lid on top.
- Heat in the microwave.
- Insert a bamboo skewer to check for doneness; if it comes out clean, it's ready. (Key Tip: Check by inserting into the tallest part of the cake.)
- Remove the cake from the container onto a paper towel-lined surface and let it cool.
- Once cooled, cut into approximately 1.5cm wide slices, starting from the center.
