Ingredients
Main Ingredients (1 serving)
- Eggs 2
- Hondashi 1/2 tsp
- Water 2 tsp
- Bacon 35g
Seasonings
- Okonomi Sauce to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Aonori (dried green laver) to taste
Steps
- Line a plate with plastic wrap.
- Crack 2 eggs into the plastic-wrapped plate, add 1/2 tsp Hondashi and 2 tsp water, and mix well. 【Tip!】 Adding water makes the eggs fluffy. To reduce washing, mix directly on the plastic-wrapped plate.
- Arrange 35g bacon over the mixed egg liquid.
- Place it in the microwave with the plastic wrap and heat for 2 minutes 20 seconds at 600W.
- If the egg is not set, heat for an additional few tens of seconds until it's gooey. 【Tip!】 Microwave heating times vary by model, so adjust based on the egg's consistency.
- Roll the heated egg with the plastic wrap like an omelet. 【Tip!】 To avoid dirtying the plate or wrap, it's recommended to eat it directly from the wrap.
- Drizzle with Okonomi Sauce to taste and Mayonnaise to taste, sprinkle with Aonori to taste, and it's done.
