Ingredients

- Silken tofu 150g
- Garlic 1/2 clove
Seasonings
- Miso 1 1/2 tsp
- Aji-no-moto (MSG) 3 shakes
- Soy sauce 1/3 tsp
- Sesame oil 1 tsp
- Black pepper to taste
- Chili oil to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, add silken tofu 150g and break into bite-sized pieces.
- Grate garlic 1/2 clove and add it over the tofu. (Garlic paste from a tube can also be used.)
- Add Aji-no-moto (MSG) 3 shakes, soy sauce 1/3 tsp, black pepper to taste, and sesame oil 1 tsp.
- Scatter and add miso 1 1/2 tsp by breaking it into small pieces. Pro Tip! By scattering the miso in small pieces, it looks like ground meat and adds a flavor accent.
- Cover with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes.
- After heating, remove the bowl, drizzle with chili oil to taste as much as you like, and it's done.
