From the collaboration video with Hiroki Yasumoto, we introduce the ultimate one-pan mayo pasta using the easy and delicious 'Otaku Mayo'. This addictive dish can be made with just water, mentsuyu, egg, and Otaku Mayonnaise. With no troublesome steps, it's an easy-to-make recipe that's sure to satisfy!

Ingredients

Main Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1.4mm pasta 100g
  • Water 320cc
  • Egg 1

Seasonings

  • 3x concentrated mentsuyu 2 and 1/2 tsp
  • Otaku Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Dried parsley to taste

Steps

  1. Add Water 320cc to a frying pan and heat.
  2. Once it boils, add 3x concentrated mentsuyu 2 and 1/2 tsp, then break 1.4mm pasta 100g in half and add it. [PRO TIP!] Breaking the pasta in half makes it fit easily in the frying pan and easier to eat.
  3. About 2-3 minutes before the pasta is cooked, crack in 1 egg and stir the entire mixture until the egg is soft-set.
  4. Once the liquid from the pasta has evaporated and the egg is soft-set, turn off the heat, add Otaku Mayonnaise 2 tbsp and mix well.
  5. Taste, and if it's too bland, add an additional mentsuyu 1/2 tsp.
  6. Serve on a plate, and sprinkle with black pepper to taste and dried parsley to taste.
