Steps
- Prepare two types of noodles: cold soba and cold somen.
- Chill the straight-type mentsuyu until just before serving.
- Boil Ajisenryu Zaru Soba (domestic), then cool thoroughly with cold water.
- Boil Ibonoito Hand-stretched Somen Premium, then cool thoroughly with ice water.
- For concentrated mentsuyu, dilute with water according to the dilution ratio on the package. If the ratio is 2-3x, use the higher concentration (2x).
