  • Plain Yogurt 400g
  • Frozen Mixed Berries 150g

Seasonings

  • Milk 6 tbsp
  • Sugar 4 tbsp

Steps

  1. Open the lid of the 400g Plain Yogurt.
  2. Mix the Plain Yogurt well until smooth.
  3. Add 4 tbsp Sugar and mix well until dissolved.
  4. Add 6 tbsp Milk and mix well, being careful not to spill. (This is the key! Adding milk helps to keep ice crystals small, resulting in a smooth texture while maintaining a slightly icy feel.)
  5. Close the lid of the plain yogurt pack and freeze for 3-4 hours until solid.
  6. Place 400g Plain Yogurt in a bowl and mix well until smooth.
  7. Add 4 tbsp Sugar and mix well until dissolved.
  8. Add 6 tbsp Milk and mix well.
  9. Add 150g Frozen Mixed Berries and mix until the fruit is evenly distributed.
  10. Pour the mixed fruit yogurt back into the original pack. (This is the key! If it doesn't all fit, use another container to freeze.)
  11. Close the lid of the fruit yogurt pack and freeze for 3-4 hours until solid.
  12. Once partially frozen (about half solid) in the freezer, take it out and mix well with a spoon until all the icy chunks are gone and it's smooth. (This is the key! Make sure to break up the solidified parts around the edges and mix them in thoroughly to ensure an even consistency. This step prevents it from becoming rock-hard.)
  13. Close the lid again and freeze for another 3-4 hours until solid. (This is the key! Freezing times may vary depending on your freezer. Adjust as needed while checking on it. If it becomes too hard, let it sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before mixing.)
  14. Once both the plain and fruit versions are solid, it's ready to serve.
