Steps
- In a small pot, prepare Sugar 35g, Soy Sauce 100ml, Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine) 100ml, and Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) 100ml.
- Prepare Garlic 15g and Ginger 15g (peeled).
- Grate the garlic and ginger.
- Add the grated garlic and ginger to the small pot.
- Place the pot over heat and bring to a boil. Prepare a sterilized storage jar for convenience.
- Once the seasoning mixture boils, reduce the heat to low.
- Stir occasionally to prevent burning, and simmer the seasoning for about 5 minutes.
