- Chicken Wings 8-10 pieces (400-500g)
Seasonings
- [A] Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
- [A] Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) 1 tbsp
- [A] Ginger 1/2 clove (5g)
- [B] Curry Powder 2 tsp
Steps
- Place the Chicken Wings (8-10 pieces) in a bowl.
- Add Soy Sauce (3 tbsp), Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) (1 tbsp), and grated Ginger (5g) to the bowl.
- Mix well and marinate for 45 minutes to 1 hour. [Key Tip!] During marination, flip or stir the chicken 3-4 times to ensure even flavoring.
- For a curry flavor variation, place the Chicken Wings in a separate bowl and add Soy Sauce (3 tbsp), Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) (1 tbsp), and Curry Powder (2 tsp).
- Mix the curry-flavored chicken wings well to let the flavors meld, and marinate for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Once marinated, drain any excess liquid from the chicken wings and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ (390℉) for 20-25 minutes. [Key Tip!] Flip the chicken wings once halfway through baking.
