Delicious recipe hacks using Calbee's co-developed potato chips, "Supreme Lightly Salted Flavor" and "Otaku no Mayo Flavor"! We'll introduce two dishes: the easy yet incredibly addictive "Otamayo Potato Chip Salad" and "Supreme Salt Fried Rice with Potato Chips".
Ingredients
Main Ingredients (2 servings)
- Shredded Cabbage to taste
- Canned Tuna 1 can
- Potato Chips Otaku no Mayo Flavor to taste
- Long Green Onion to taste
- Ham to taste
- Cooked Rice 200g
- Eggs 2
- Potato Chips Supreme Lightly Salted Flavor to taste
Seasonings
- Otaku no Mayo 2-3 tbsp
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Rice Oil 1 tbsp
- MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 8 dashes
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Steps
- Put shredded cabbage to taste into a bowl.
- Add Otaku no Mayo 2-3 tbsp and mix well.
- Add 1 can of tuna (do not drain the oil) and mix well again.
- Add potato chips Otaku no Mayo Flavor to taste, crushing them as you go, and mix.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mince long green onion to taste and finely chop ham to taste.
- Heat rice oil 1 tbsp in a frying pan, crack in 2 eggs, and scramble until lightly browned.
- Add warm cooked rice 200g, chopped long green onion, and ham, then stir-fry while breaking up the rice.
- Add MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 8 dashes and salt 1/2 tsp, then mix well. Do not add pepper.
- Roughly crush potato chips Supreme Lightly Salted Flavor to taste and mix into the fried rice.
- Plate the fried rice and further top with crushed potato chips Supreme Lightly Salted Flavor.
