  • Chicken Thighs 1 pc (300g)
  • Scallions 1/2 pc
  • Potato Starch a little

Seasonings

  • [A] Lemonade Base 2 tbsp
  • [A] Shiro Dashi (White Soy Sauce Base) 1 tbsp
  • [A] Olive Oil 1 tbsp
  • [A] Coarsely Ground Black Pepper a little
  • Salt a little (for chicken seasoning)
  • Salt to taste (for adjusting flavor)
  • Oil for cooking

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine 2 tbsp Lemonade Base, 1 tbsp Shiro Dashi (White Soy Sauce Base), 1 tbsp Olive Oil, and a little Coarsely Ground Black Pepper, and mix well.
  2. Finely chop 1/2 pc Scallions.
  3. Add the finely chopped scallions to the bowl from step 1 and mix to create the sauce.
  4. Cut 1 pc Chicken Thighs (300g) into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Sprinkle a little Salt on the cut chicken pieces and evenly coat the surface with a little Potato Starch.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken pieces skin-side down and cook until browned.
  7. Flip the chicken pieces.
  8. Cover and steam for 2 minutes.
  9. Add the steamed chicken to the bowl with the sauce made in step 3 and coat the chicken evenly.
  10. Taste and adjust seasoning with Salt to taste if needed.
  11. Plate and serve. It's ready!
