【Shin Ramyun Mazesoba】is a confident creation by food researcher Ryuji, which was highly praised by ramen shop owners. This dish adapts Shin Ramyun into a soupless style, where noodles and dehydrated vegetables are boiled and then mixed with a special sauce. By adding an egg and cheese and torching them (microwaveable), you add aroma and mildness, spreading umami amidst the spiciness. Please try this exquisite Mazesoba, perfect even in summer.
