Ingredients

- 1 slice of 6-slice bread
- 2 eggs
- 1-2 slices ham
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
Seasonings
- 1 clove garlic
- Red chili pepper, to taste
- J-Oil Mills Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Ajishio (seasoned salt), to taste
- Parmesan cheese, to taste
Steps
- Place 1-2 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheddar cheese on 1 slice of 6-slice bread, and prepare another slice of bread for dry-toasting.
- Add 1 tbsp J-Oil Mills Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a frying pan, add the sliced garlic, and heat over low heat.
