This recipe allows you to easily enjoy an authentic taste at home by utilizing leftover curry or retort curry. - Meiji Parmesan Cheese

Steps
- Prepare an oven-safe dish.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked rice with half of the curry roux.
- Spread the rice mixed with curry evenly into the oven-safe dish. (Key Tip!) Pressing it down firmly will result in a well-balanced doria.
- Tear the Meiji Hokkaido Tokachi Fresh Mozzarella into pieces. (Key Tip!) Tearing it allows for even melting and enhances the mozzarella's flavor when eaten fresh, as olive oil and salt can penetrate better.
- Generously top the rice base with the remaining curry.
- Arrange the torn Meiji Hokkaido Tokachi Fresh Mozzarella over the curry.
- Optionally, sprinkle with Meiji Parmesan Cheese and place butter on top.
- Bake in the oven at the highest temperature for about 10 minutes, or until the surface is nicely browned.
