Ingredients

- Avocado 1
- Silken tofu 150g
Seasonings
- Grated garlic 2g
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 1/3 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 3 dashes
- Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
- Sesame oil 2 tsp
- Nori (seaweed) to taste
- Sesame seeds to taste
- Shichimi togarashi to taste
Steps
- Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit. [Pro Tip!] Choose an avocado where the stem isn't loose, the skin is slightly dark, and it has a moderate softness. The pit can be easily removed by sticking a knife into it and twisting.
- Use a spoon to scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl. [Pro Tip!] Scooping it out roughly with a spoon allows the dressing to cling better.
- Scoop large chunks of silken tofu with a spoon and add them to the bowl with the avocado. [Pro Tip!] Scooping it with a spoon instead of cutting helps the dressing cling better.
- Add 2g grated garlic to the bowl.
- Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp sugar, 1 tsp soy sauce, 3 dashes MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG), 1/2 tsp lemon juice, and 2 tsp sesame oil to the bowl.

- Sprinkle with shredded nori.
