Steps
- To remove the coating from the iron skillet, heat evenly over high heat and season it.
- Let the seasoned iron skillet cool down.
- Wash the cooled iron skillet without detergent and coat with oil.

- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, then stir-fry the washed 200g bean sprouts over high heat.
- Once cooked through, add 8 dashes seasoned salt and pepper and stir-fry.
- Finally, drizzle 1/3 tsp soy sauce around the edge of the pan, and stir-fry to combine and finish.
