- Sparkling Water 150ml
- Canned Mandarin Oranges 240g
- Gelatin Powder 5g
- Hot Water 30ml

- Drain the liquid from the canned mandarin oranges (240g).
- Place the mandarin segments in a bowl and mash them with a whisk until they retain a slightly chunky texture.
- In a separate container, combine gelatin powder (5g) and hot water (30ml), and mix well to dissolve the gelatin.
- Add Calpis concentrate (100ml) to the dissolved gelatin and microwave on 600W for 20 seconds.
- After microwaving, mix thoroughly.
- Gently combine the Calpis mixture with the mashed mandarins and sparkling water (150ml) in the bowl.
- Pour the mixed jelly liquid into individual containers, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 3 hours to set.
- Once chilled and set, it's ready to serve.
