    2. Place the mandarin segments in a bowl and mash them with a whisk until they retain a slightly chunky texture.

    4. Add Calpis concentrate (100ml) to the dissolved gelatin and microwave on 600W for 20 seconds.
    5. After microwaving, mix thoroughly.
    6. Gently combine the Calpis mixture with the mashed mandarins and sparkling water (150ml) in the bowl.
    7. Pour the mixed jelly liquid into individual containers, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 3 hours to set.
