Steps

  1. In a bowl, add pork belly, thinly sliced 150g. Add soy sauce 2 tbsp, sugar 1 tbsp, grated garlic 1 clove, grated ginger 1 clove, sesame oil 1 tbsp, and cooking sake (rice wine) 1 tbsp. Mix briefly to coat.
