    2. Add 6g of Powdered Gelatin to the bowl and mix well for about 30 seconds until no dry powder remains.
    3. Microwave on 600W for 20 seconds.
    4. After heating, stir well for about 30 seconds until the gelatin has completely dissolved. (Key Tip!) Scoop up some of the gelatin mixture with a spatula to check for any remaining lumps. Undissolved gelatin can prevent the jelly from setting.
    5. Carefully pour the dissolved gelatin mixture back into the empty plastic bottle (approx. 500ml remaining after removing 100ml of juice), being careful not to spill.
    6. Close the bottle cap and gently shake it up and down about 10-15 times to mix everything thoroughly without creating too many bubbles.
    7. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours to set. (Key Tip!) This is a soft jelly, so it takes time to set. The exact time may vary depending on your refrigerator, but allow approximately 4-5 hours.
