It's perfect for busy days – an easy yet addictive dish you must try.

Ingredients

  • Pasta (1.4mm) 100g
  • Butter 10g
  • Gohan desu yo 1 tbsp
  • Scallions (chopped) to taste

Seasonings

  • [A] Water 310cc
  • [A] Sake 1 tbsp
  • [A] Kore Umatsuyu 1 tbsp
  • Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Prepare a frying pan.
  2. Add 310cc water to the frying pan.
  3. Add 1 tbsp sake.
  4. Add 1 tbsp Kore Umatsuyu.
  5. Bring the broth to a boil once.
  6. Submerge 100g pasta in the boiling broth.
  7. Simmer the pasta over medium heat until the liquid has reduced and almost evaporated. It should be reduced to about 1-2 tbsp of liquid. 【Chef's Tip!】 With one-pan cooking, the starch released from the pasta will thicken the sauce and enhance the umami, resulting in a delicious finish.
  8. Add 1 tsp oyster sauce.
  9. Add 1 tbsp Gohan desu yo.
  10. Add 10g butter and mix everything together.
  11. Plate the pasta.
  12. For garnish, add a small amount of Gohan desu yo on top.
  13. Sprinkle with black pepper.
  14. Garnish with chopped scallions and serve.
