- Pasta (1.4mm) 100g
- Butter 10g
- Gohan desu yo 1 tbsp
- Scallions (chopped) to taste
Seasonings
- [A] Water 310cc
- [A] Sake 1 tbsp
- [A] Kore Umatsuyu 1 tbsp
- Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
- Black Pepper to taste
Steps
- Prepare a frying pan.
- Add 310cc water to the frying pan.
- Add 1 tbsp sake.
- Add 1 tbsp Kore Umatsuyu.
- Bring the broth to a boil once.
- Submerge 100g pasta in the boiling broth.
- Simmer the pasta over medium heat until the liquid has reduced and almost evaporated. It should be reduced to about 1-2 tbsp of liquid. 【Chef's Tip!】 With one-pan cooking, the starch released from the pasta will thicken the sauce and enhance the umami, resulting in a delicious finish.
- Add 1 tsp oyster sauce.
- Add 1 tbsp Gohan desu yo.
- Add 10g butter and mix everything together.

- For garnish, add a small amount of Gohan desu yo on top.
