No knife needed, just let the rice cooker do the work! A crazy mixed rice dish with whole Marushin Hamburger patties. The flavors of consommé and garlic, and the richness of butter soak into the rice, while the deliciousness of the melting hamburger patties exquisitely blends. Once you take a bite, you can't stop. A truly addictive and supreme dish.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients (3 servings)

  • Rice 2 go
  • Marushin Hamburger Patties 3

Seasonings

  • Consommé 2½ tsp
  • Garlic Powder 10 shakes
  • Soy Sauce 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Butter 10g
  • Black Pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Measure out 2 go of rice.
  2. Lightly rinse the rice to wash away oxidized bran.
  3. Gently wash the rice, add water, and wash again.
  4. Place the rinsed 2 go of rice into the rice cooker pot.
  5. Next, add 10 shakes of garlic powder, 2½ tsp of consommé, 2 tsp of soy sauce, and 1 pinch of salt.
  6. Place the 3 Marushin Hamburger patties directly into the rice cooker pot.
  7. Pour water up to the 2 go mark in the rice cooker pot, then start cooking.
  8. Once cooked, break apart the Marushin Hamburger patties and mix them with the rice.
  9. Add 10g of butter, sprinkle with black pepper to taste, and mix. It's done! 【Chef's Tip!】 This mixed rice can be frozen. Except for those containing konnyaku, portion it into about 200g servings, wrap in plastic, and once cooled, transfer to the freezer. Reheat in a 600W microwave for 3 and a half minutes to restore its freshly cooked texture. Storage period is approximately 1 to 1.5 months.
