- Bean Sprouts 200g
- Pork Belly 140g
- Eggs 3
- Pizza Cheese 60g
Seasonings

- [A] Ketchup 2 tbsp
- [A] Chuno Sauce 2 tbsp
- [A] Hondashi 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper to taste
- Dried Parsley to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste (for flavor variation)
Steps
- Line a frying pan with Cookper frying pan foil.
- Spread 200g bean sprouts in the foil-lined frying pan.
- Tear 140g pork belly into pieces and scatter over the bean sprouts. 【Pro Tip!】 Tearing the meat by hand instead of using a knife reduces cleanup and makes it easier to prepare.
- Make a slight hollow in the center of the bean sprouts and pork, then sprinkle salt to taste lightly over the entire dish.
- Crack 3 eggs into the hollowed-out section.
- In a bowl, combine Hondashi 1/2 tsp, ketchup 2 tbsp, and Chuno sauce 2 tbsp, then mix well to create the sauce.
- Drizzle the prepared sauce generously over the eggs and the rest of the dish.
- Top generously with 60g pizza cheese, focusing on the eggs.
- Place the frying pan over medium heat.
- Cover with a lid and steam-fry for about 10 minutes.
- Once steamed, sprinkle with salt to taste and black pepper to taste, if desired.
- Finish by scattering dried parsley to taste.
- For an optional flavor variation, drizzle with mayonnaise to taste.
