  • Eggs 2

Seasonings

  • Otaku no Mayo 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Rice Oil 1 tbsp
  • MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 8 dashes
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Steps

  1. Put shredded cabbage to taste into a bowl.
  2. Add Otaku no Mayo 2-3 tbsp and mix well.
  3. Add 1 can of tuna (do not drain the oil) and mix well again.
  4. Add potato chips Otaku no Mayo Flavor to taste, crushing them as you go, and mix.
  5. Taste and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Mince long green onion to taste and finely chop ham to taste.
  7. Heat rice oil 1 tbsp in a frying pan, crack in 2 eggs, and scramble until lightly browned.
  8. Add warm cooked rice 200g, chopped long green onion, and ham, then stir-fry while breaking up the rice.
  9. Add MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 8 dashes and salt 1/2 tsp, then mix well. Do not add pepper.
  10. Roughly crush potato chips Supreme Lightly Salted Flavor to taste and mix into the fried rice.
  11. Plate the fried rice and further top with crushed potato chips Supreme Lightly Salted Flavor.
