  • 1 Avocado
  • Thinly sliced Pork Loin
  • All-purpose flour (to taste)
  • 1 Egg

Seasonings

  • Salt (a pinch)
  • Pepper (a pinch)

Steps

  1. Cut 1 avocado in half lengthwise, then break into halves and remove the pit.
  2. Cut the avocado into 8 wedges lengthwise and peel.
  3. Wrap thinly sliced pork loin around the peeled avocado wedges.
  4. Sprinkle salt (a pinch) and pepper (a pinch) on the pork-wrapped avocado, then coat with all-purpose flour (to taste).
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Dip the flour-coated meat rolls into 1 beaten egg.
  7. Place the meat rolls, seam-side down, onto the heated frying pan. [Key Tip!] Cooking seam-side down ensures the rolls hold their shape and look beautiful.
  8. Once browned, flip and cook until browned on all sides.
  9. Once browned all over, cover with a lid and steam-fry over low to medium heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds. [Key Tip!] Steaming ensures the avocado inside is cooked through.
  10. Plate and serve.
