- Wieners 1 pc
- Egg 1 pc

Steps
- Using a knife, score about 1cm from the edge of 1 slice of bread, cutting out the center.
- Slice 1 spring onion horizontally into 1cm thick rings.
- Cut 1 wiener lengthwise into 4 equal parts, then slice thinly.
- Lightly beat 1 egg.
- Combine the thinly sliced wiener and beaten egg, season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper, and mix everything together.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Place the sliced spring onion rings in the frying pan and cook until browned on the bottom.
- Once browned on one side, flip the onion slices.
- Place the cut-out bread slice into the frying pan, positioning it so the onion rings sit in the center.
- Pour the prepared egg mixture over the onion rings in the center of the bread.
- Cover and steam-grill for 4 minutes over low heat.
- Place 1 slice of melting sliced cheese on top of the onion rings.
- Drizzle with ketchup.
- Place the cut-out bread slice on top and flip the entire thing over.
